A Barangay Clearance is an official document from the barangay office. It certifies information about a resident, such as:
• Proof of residency
• Good moral character
• Financial or employment status
• Renewal of permits

How to Get Barangay Clearance Using the System:
1. Check Cedula:
• If you already have a cedula, proceed to schedule an appointment.
• If not, select Cedula along with Barangay Clearance.
2. Set Appointment:
• Go to Schedule Appointment.
• Choose Personal or for your Child.
• Pick your Date and Time Slot.
3. Select Certificate:
• Choose Barangay Clearance.
• Select the Purpose.
• Click the plus (+) button to add the certificate.
4. Submit:
• Click Submit Schedule.
• Wait for approval from the barangay revenue staff.

• Once you have both documents, you can go directly to the BESO Department to request the certificate.
• No need to book another online appointment.
